Student Ministry

There are lots of exciting opportunities to get involved here at First Baptist! We strive to have 2 events a month in addition to our regular weekly ministries! We do great things from Paintballing, Laser Tag, Skiing, Scavenger Hunts, Xtreme Games, Tail-Gate Parties, SNAC Fellowships, 5th Quarters, Camping, and much, much more! You will always have some great things to do and go places you may never get to see and do and never be afraid to bring a friend!                                                                                                                                        

Join us as we strive to make a difference in the lives of others. We provide a lot of mission opportunities both in local projects and summer mission trips across the country to impact the lives of others.

Another exciting fall missions project is the ENGAGE Project the second weekend of November. Join over a hundred other students as we serve the needs of those in our community ranging from ministering to children, the elderly, and to the homeless.

SOS Teams (Students Offering Service) is a once a month mission service project that our Student Ministry offers.  We meet the second Saturday of each month and serve in a variety of settings ranging from Soup Kitchens, Homeless Shelters, Children’s Agencies, Senior Adult Agencies and more!  This opportunity is open to any student and adult who would like to reach out and share the love of Jesus Christ  in practical ways!

Student Worship Celebration for Middle and High School Students. Here we gather together for some challenging and relevant messages and great Student led Praise and worship every Wednesday night from 6:30-8:30PM at The Crossing.

We offer Bible Study opportunities for Students on Sunday mornings at 9:30AM in Student Ministries Wing for all students in grades 6-12. We break into age based groups for Bible Study which are led by caring adults who desire to invest themselves into the lives of Teenagers!

Relevant Life-Chaning Discipleship is what happens in LifeGroups. This small group is designed to dig in deeper to God’s Word to Discover the Life-Changing truths that God wants to communicate to each of us! These groups meet on Sunday evenings at 6:00PM.
